There are three opportunities to present at the HI-TEC conference.

Preconference events will take place on Monday, July 21 (morning and afternoon) and Tuesday, July 22 (morning and afternoon).
[CLOSED] 2. Main Conference Session Presentations (45 minutes)
Submission Deadline: February 28 (5:00 p.m. Central) – CLOSED
Notification Date: March 28
Main conference sessions will take place on Wednesday, July 23, and Thursday, July 24.
[CLOSED] 3. Poster Sessions – Displayed Wednesday, July 23, 4:00–5:15 p.m.

Notification Date: March 28
Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48″x72″ bulletin board (push pins are provided) and be present to discuss the display Wednesday, July 23, 4:00–5:15 p.m. during the Exhibit Hall reception. No equipment or tables will be used in the poster sessions.
