HI-TEC 2025 Sessions Proposal Form

Dear Proposer:

Thank you for your interest in presenting a HI-TEC main conference session.
Please be aware that this form must be finished in a single session.
You will receive a copy of your submission via email.

Requirements/Recommendations:

  1. There is a limit of 2 proposal submissions per key presenter.
  2. All sessions are 45-minutes long. Attendees prefer sessions that have a take away that they can implement in their institution/company.
  3. For profit consultants and vendor presenters are required to exhibit and are limited to one session proposal submission per company. If possible, they should present with a practitioner. Session proposals cannot be a sales pitch.
  4. Each presenter must pay their own registration/travel fees and agree to present in the time slot assigned.
  5. Each presentation must provide their own handouts and submit a PDF of their handouts / slides to swilson@cord.org to be posted after HI-TEC.

Maximum: 12 words. The title should clearly communicate the key content and focus of the presentation.
Maximum: 100 word description on what your session is about and what participants will learn. This information will be printed in the program book and on the website.

Maximum: 600 characters. Give a short outline of what will take place during your presentation and give the learning outcomes. If doing activities, list the activities and what the participant will take home with them. This information will not be published.
Maximum: 750 characters. Briefly describe new or additional content. This information will not be published.

Time slot length

All sessions will be 45 minutes long.
Note: Each room will be equipped with an LCD projector for PowerPoints, Internet, sound, screen, podium microphone (if needed), and cable package.
Presenter must bring their own laptop.

(Most rooms will be set in theater seating. Larger rooms may be set in round tables.)
Additional comments that might help us in reviewing your proposal. (Do not include any urls as it will cause your submission to be rejected.)
