Call for Proposals

There are three opportunities to present at the HI-TEC conference.

  1. Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (FAQ: Workshops and SIGs)
  2. Main Conference Sessions
  3. Poster Sessions

1. Preconference Workshops and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) (3.5 Hours)

Submission Deadline: February 14
Notification Date: February 28

Preconference events will take place on Monday, July 21 (morning and afternoon) and Tuesday, July 22 (morning and afternoon).

2. Main Conference Session Presentations (45 minutes)

Submission Deadline: February 28
Notification Date: March 28

Main conference sessions will take place on Wednesday, July 23, and Thursday, July 24.

3. Poster Sessions – Displayed Wednesday, July 23, 4:00–5:15 p.m.

Submission Deadline: February 28
Notification Date: March 28

Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48″x72″ bulletin board (push pins are provided) and be present to discuss the display Wednesday, July 23, 4:00–5:15 p.m. during the Exhibit Hall reception. No equipment or tables will be used in the poster sessions.
