Thank you for your interest in presenting a HI-TEC Preconference Workshop or Special Interest Group (SIG) Proposal Form. Please be aware that this form must be finished in a single session. You will receive a copy of your submission via email.

SIG attendee registration fees are paid by the originator of the SIG (this includes all presenters/facilitators) while workshop attendees are responsible for their workshop registration fees. Workshop presenters do not need to pay a registration fee.
