HI-TEC 2025 Poster Session Proposal Form

Dear Proposer:

Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster session.
Please be aware that this form must be finished in a single session.
You will receive a copy of your submission via email.

Poster Times: This year, accepted posters are required to be manned during the exhibit hall reception only on Wednesday, July 23, 4:00-5:15.
Each presentation will be displayed on one side of an 8’W x 4’H poster board with pushpins. No tables or equipment will be provided. Set up time is Tuesday from 4:00-7:00pm.
